We also have an elite training group which provides a variety of class opportunities from game simulation training, skill base, strength and conditioning and even access to our own private sports recovery lounge.

 

We provide representative basketball athletes, with access and connections both nationally and internationally, with direct access to American colleges through AUCBP, a scouting agency to secure scholarships that are right for you. Prepare in our elite training program.

  Focus on game simulation training

  Fitness level and core strength

Week 2

• Basketball session
  Dribbling, dribbling under pressure and direct to basket

• Sports recovery lounge
  Athletes learn about recovery and are placed into compressions, ice compression, remedial massage or sauna (sauna 15+)
